Overview

Go Flex is digital application where senders alike, riders, and other logistics supply chain experts can converge to move goods from point A to B seamlessly, thereby enabling the sender to be more and do what they love, riders to earn more and live well, also improving the logistic landscape and supply chain in Africa.

The application also serves as a payment platform for daily essentials such as cable bill, insurance bills, hospital bills, phone card top-ups and many more.

Our goal was to build a flexible, user-friendly delivery app that allowed anyone—from professional couriers with trucks to individuals with minimal transportation options—to register and start delivering goods."

We also needed to overcome the saturated offline market by offering a competitive, easy-to-use solution that prioritized trust, reliability, and efficiency.

Problem statement

Nigeria, the largest economy in Africa, with SMEs contributing over 48% of Nigeria's GDP, the need for ease of businesses being able to move goods from point A to B, can not be understated. Though significant growth has been achieved in the MSME sector, movement of goods and services is still lacking behind. Poor infrastructure and deficient supply chain is making businesses loose money, and individuals unable to make ends meet.
